TThe Ellen & Federico Jimenez Scholarship Program will award twenty-five $2,000 scholarships to deserving Latino college studnets who are INELIGIBLE to receive federal and/or state financial aid; who have demostrated commitment to serving the Latino community in the United States; and who have been accepted to a Community College or State University in California or Texas.
